Saadani National Park is Tanzania’s 13th national park and has an area of 1,062 km². It was officially gazetted in 2005 and is managed under the Tanzania National Parks Authority. The park is located administratively in southeast Pangani District of Tanga Region and northeast Chalinze District of Pwani Region
Saadani National Park Day trip Highlights
- Pick up from your hotel for morning flight direct to Saadani National Park (taking 15 minutes flying).
- Arrive in Saadani National Park, met & greeted by our professional driver guides for a full day game drive.
- A short break for lunch in one of the selected Restaurant or lunch in the bush, then proceed with the game drive till late afternoon
- If the weather and time permits, drive to picnic site facing River Wami to board for boat Safari to search for hippos and crocodiles and if you are lucky, you will have a chance to see them and take some photos.
- After the game drive you will fly back to Zanzibar and then transferred back to your respective hotels.
